    "Day 1 I moved into my home and the ac was just running even though it was turned off. I got same day service, Alejandro arrived within the time frame (2 hour window) he was courteous, friendly and was able to find the problem in 30 minutes. He fixed the issue. We signed up with their maintenance program which gave me a discount on the repair. I forgot the name of the CSR who booked the call but I want to also give her a shout out for giving excellent customer service."

Alejandro did a thorough inspection of our heating unit; told us two areas that are not up to the current codes; priced those items for us; put new, stronger, thicker insulation around our AC suction line (much better than the old insulation that had deteriorated) - and was very knowledgeable, professional, friendly and comprehensive in explaining every part of the service.
